Class of 2004
  • Sebastian Brei
  • Sam Buckman, Southwestern University, finished their season 10-6-3 (6-1-1 in the SCAC conference). Sam had one assist on the year.
  • Joel Burton
  • Garrett Clapsaddle, attending UT San Antonio with an interest in sports. He has been on the football, baseball and basketball intramural sports teams and having a successful academic year as well.

  • Logan Roberts, Furman University: Furman (NCAA Div. 1) lost to Appalachian State 0-1 in the first round of the Southern Conference Tournament. Furman finished the season 6-10-2
  • Pat Robertson, Coastal Carolina:won the Big South Conference Tournament -- Championship game score: Coastal Carolina 4 - Birmingham-Southern 0. Coastal Carolina finished their season with a loss in the first round of the Div 1 NCAA Tournament, losing to Duke 3-0. Patrick plans to train with the Chicago Fire PDL team this summer (2005) with Brad North.

  • James Gilchrist is at the Air Force Academy and originally started with the soccer program but has switched to boxing.

  • Ivan Koszewski played for Trinity his freshman year.
  • Chris Maks
  • Brad North, Northwestern University: (15-6-2) Team advanced to their first ever Big Ten Conference Tournament Championship game before losing to Michigan State 0-1. Brad scored the team's first 2 goals in their semi-final 5-0 romp over University of Michigan. Northwestern received their first ever invitation to the Div. 1 NCAA tournament; they won their first round game 4-1 against Western Illinois before falling to Creighton in Omaha in a closely contested match 2-3. Brad scored 9 goals this year, had 5 assists, and had a team-high 5 game-winning goals. Season Recap

  • Juan Castellanos, Army, from the web site: "Will be traveling to Zaragoza, Spain to study at the Academia Militar General (Spanish Military Academy) during the fall semester 2004 ... will miss the entire fall season ... expected to return to the team in the spring and will play for the Black Knights for 2005 season ... letter winner."

  • Tim Gorelick, McMurry, (12-8-2) finished second in their conference tournament; Tim played in all 19 matches scoring 1 goal and 3 assists.
  • Trey Henriquez, Mary Hardin-Baylor, (6-9-2) named to the American Southwest Conference Academic All-Conference Team. He led his team with his 5 assists this year and started all 17 games.

Class of 2001
  • Casey Allen Kyle Burson, University of Massachusetts - Lowell, finished the year 16-3-1. The team finished as the NE-10 Champions, and then lost in the first round of the Div II NCAA Tournament. Kyle was named to the conference 2nd team. Kyle was 1/2 of a 4-year starting defensive team that kept opponents to only 14 goals in 20 games. From the school web site: "Burson, in his second year as an all-conference standout, was also deadly on set plays and was UML's option for penalty kicks and often free kicks. A very quick 6-foot-2 player, he was also free to go forward and capped the year with five goals and six assists (16 points), tied for second among his teammates"

Pro Ranks
  • Rusty Pierce, 1997, currently plays for the Real Salt Lake MLS team in defense after playing 5 years for the New England Revolution. Rusty played three seasons for UNC-Greensboro. He appeared 21 times for the United States Under-20 National Team, including three games at the 1999 FIFA Youth World Cup in Nigeria. Also a member of the Under-18 National Team.
